Dans ce contexte, la <strong data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"496\">formation en ligne<\/strong> \u2013 pourtant levier d\u2019inclusion et de mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences \u2013 doit s\u2019interroger sur son propre impact environnemental.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"963\">L\u2019<strong data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"664\">\u00e9co-conception des dispositifs p\u00e9dagogiques<\/strong> n\u2019est plus un simple argument RSE : c\u2019est un <strong data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"759\">levier d\u2019efficacit\u00e9, d\u2019image et de conformit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"963\">En 2025, le <strong data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"845\">R\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019\u00c9co-conception des Services Num\u00e9riques (RGESN)<\/strong> et les guides de l\u2019ADEME imposent une approche mesurable, sobre et transparente pour tout acteur du digital learning.<\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"615\" data-end=\"963\">1. Comprendre l\u2019\u00e9co-conception appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la formation<\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"1033\" data-end=\"1310\">Selon la norme <strong data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1070\">ISO\/IEC 62430:2019<\/strong>, l\u2019\u00e9co-conception consiste \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1191\">int\u00e9grer les pr\u00e9occupations environnementales d\u00e8s la conception d\u2019un produit ou service<\/strong>, tout au long de son cycle de vie : production, usage, maintenance et fin de vie.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1431\">Appliqu\u00e9e au e-learning, cette approche vise \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1401\">minimiser les impacts environnementaux<\/strong> des parcours de formation :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1612\">\n<li data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1477\">\n<p data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1477\">consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie li\u00e9e aux serveurs,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1515\">\n<p data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1515\">stockage et transfert des vid\u00e9os,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1544\">\n<p data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1544\">obsolescence logicielle,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1580\">\n<p data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"1580\">poids des contenus multim\u00e9dias,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1612\">\n<p data-start=\"1583\" data-end=\"1612\">sur\u00e9quipement des apprenants.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1677\"><em><strong>Autrement dit : concevoir \u00ab mieux \u00bb, pas forc\u00e9ment \u00ab plus \u00bb.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1677\">2. Pourquoi \u00e9co-concevoir ses parcours de formation ?<\/h1>\n<h3 data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"1790\">\ud83d\udd39 R\u00e9duire son empreinte environnementale<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1791\" data-end=\"2076\">79 % de l\u2019empreinte carbone du num\u00e9rique provient des terminaux (ordinateurs, smartphones). Concevoir des modules compatibles avec des \u00e9quipements existants, limiter les vid\u00e9os lourdes ou \u00e9viter le streaming permanent r\u00e9duit imm\u00e9diatement l\u2019impact.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2122\">\ud83d\udd39 R\u00e9pondre aux exigences r\u00e9glementaires<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2123\" data-end=\"2466\">Le <strong data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2140\">RGESN 2024<\/strong> fixe 78 crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9co-conception : compatibilit\u00e9 avec anciens appareils, compression vid\u00e9o, h\u00e9bergement vert, sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 des interfaces, transparence sur l\u2019impact\u2026 Ces crit\u00e8res deviennent le futur standard de conformit\u00e9 pour les services num\u00e9riques, y compris les plateformes de formation.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2468\" data-end=\"2506\">\ud83d\udd39 Aligner p\u00e9dagogie et durabilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2734\">Une formation \u00e9co-con\u00e7ue ne sacrifie pas l\u2019exp\u00e9rience : elle la <strong data-start=\"2571\" data-end=\"2603\">rend plus cibl\u00e9e et efficace<\/strong>. La sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 devient un atout p\u00e9dagogique : des modules plus courts, des supports l\u00e9gers, une attention recentr\u00e9e sur l\u2019essentiel.<\/p>\n<h1 data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2734\">3.
